Pantor Engineering AB was founded in 1999 by Rolf Andersson, Anders Furuhed, and Ola Arvidson.

Bengt Rydén is the chairman of the Pantor board. Mr Rydén was CEO of the Stockholm Stock Exchange for 15 years and is currently serving on a number of boards.

The founders have a long background in the financial services industry, previously heading the design and development of the SAXESS trading system currently in use by the Stockholm and the other Nordic Stock Exchanges.
